Your name: [Lsrcr]Veen Suggestion headline: Allowing innocents to enter the Blackmarket even when leos are close to the entrance. Importance of suggestion: 6/10 Why should it be accepted: Because It's more efficient than waiting for the innocents to ask cops to leave and see reports about it. Innocents should be spared from the 'range check block', just the way how wanteds get auto-jailed if they leave while being chased, but innocents don't. This is far better from many sides, innocents won't ever have to deal with stubborn or ignorant cops that do not understand rules and even the ones breaking them on purpose. Leos won't have to worry anymore about innocents that ask them to leave but never enter. and most importantly, fewer reports related to the blackmarket.

I'm was thinking to suggest it after seen reports about this lately.
It's a simple suggestion and would be helpful/fewer reports related to the black market, also I have question why criminals/Civilians can't join the Black market while leos close of it '' we have no answer for it''
I'm suggesting just to add a rule for this stuff, as example anyone abusing Black market while being chased by leos can be reported for it or getting auto-jailed as veen's explanation.
and shortening the time when Civilians leave the BM put it 3secs only just to not get arrested while leos camping outside the bm. That's all
I don't have much to say about that until Veen already explained all thing and why it would be acceptable. Besides that, Grizzly made some good points aswell which is why I prefer to agree with that idea. Positive

Why not , this is much better in many aspects as you said , in which case the civilians will never have to deal with the cops one way or the other , but they don't understand the rules and even those who are willfully breaking them or something , Then the players have to decide to report them . Im agree
As a cop i had some issues with cafe kids, Their cafe teammate is inside the BM and suddenly when you are camping outside and waiting for him, His teammate comes and ask you to leave or reports you
And when you leave his friend comes out and he doesn't even enter the BM, He just wants to save his cafe teammate.
Kinda annoying, As a civilian too
So yea it's a positive.
