Why should it be accepted: This rule should be changed as soon not only for tagged members, because there's so many players abusing it (as you have seen in picture), It might be useful also none will lose his Items for nothing when playing with those players like this guy in picture. this should be fair for everyone.

I was scammed by those players sometimes.

A huge positive, this needs to get implemented as its soo annoying. I've lost a gamble once and I paid the price for it but when I won i didn't get it and neither the person gives shit about him scamming me as he knows it is allowed to scam.

While I personally don't scam, this IS a CnR server. Scamming is a criminal activity. As long as they follow the 300k limit and don't scam things that cost real money like Donation Points and Jail cards, they should be allowed to scam. People scam all the time in real life. Pyramid schemes (aka Multi-Level Marketing), Ponzie schemes, embezzlement, and so on. Really, comes down to simply being smart enough and wary enough to NOT fall for a scam. You need to be careful about who you trust, where you trade, and so on. I like that it adds that feeling of criminality to the server. You never know who to trust, who is good, who is bad. In a real criminal world, your best friend could be the one to put a bullet in your head. Here is no different. Just how I feel.

This will be denied just like the other. You have to know who to trust, and who NOT to trust. That burden lies on you, not staff. I don't agree with the idea of donation items being scammable, but it's allowed and that's just how it is. If you truly do not want scammed, used /roll with people you trust, or tagged member who are not allowed to scam.

Honestly? Take the loss and move on. You shouldn't have trusted 3dps on a friggen gamble. I mean, that's entirely you falling for something you KNOW could likely be a scam.
