When did the bug appear: Long time ago I believe
Describe the bug: When a Pagati member claims a Hit contract, we all can see a pagati color sentence that says a specific player got killed for a hit contract but no message shows up in Leo dispatch about it. Minor bug but I believe it should be just the same as any other kill that shows up on the dispatch along with the location.

Severity: minor
Steps to reproduce: Be on Leo skin, wait until a Pagati member clears a Hit contract.
