Why should it be accepted: So basically those who own luxury apartments have the ability to place objects so that they can design their apartment as per their wish. This is pretty time-consuming, requires creativity to create a unique apartment and it's not everyone's thing. Maybe if we could add a command for lux apartment owners to assign editing rights to someone so he can map the apartment for them. This is not similar to transferring ownership which means the guy who gets editing rights will not be able to use perks such as vehicles and inventory but will only have the access to add, edit or delete objects.
