Why should it be accepted: I think it's really important that we have robbing streaks in all states cause it would allow us more to have more space and more opportunity to make money without bothering and fighting others unnecessary & it ways better for the leos cause it have more crime and criminals to be arrested if it have rob streaks and los santos, san ferrios & las venturas to would help boost the community little abit well, atleast i think so

This has been suggested and denied several times. The reason you can only get it in Los Santos is because Los Santos is more risk. Less risk = less reward.

but in a way you would get more action in the other states just like in los santos it dont make sense only playing in los santos and not in the other 2 states its like no one cares to learn the maps if this keeps up everyone and everything gonna be in los santos and that dont make any sense to me you cant just update one place and leave the others out if it's like that just remove the other 2 pieces of the map and done if you all dont intent to update them or add new things to them
