When did the bug appear: week ago
Describe the bug: it says you can own max 10 tickets instead of 100
Frequency: always
Severity: minor
Steps to reproduce: /lottery

suggestion: add text saying how many tickets you own

The typo has been fixed and as for your suggestion, I've changed the text so it now shows how many tickets you own aswell, thanks for the report.
