Why should it be accepted:

Ok listen, its simple - there is just no balance between a criminal with fast skins and an army member without. A person with 200/300+ ping + fast skins + drugs is just too op. You have such big problems to hit the hitbox at all because he's spinning like a god damn bayblade. Yea, criminals should have somewhat advantage over LEO's since they're outnumbered by them, but thats already given with drugs, no? Also a fight never feels fair against a fast-skin user.
Yea, you cafe players will downvote this suggestion since you use it 24/7, I know, still theres no place imo for things like that in a cnr server. Things should be more equal.

I agree, however fastskin sometimes do have advantage over slow skins as to when turning to different directions
