Hayzen was teaming with me, I picked him up as my mech at the army ship. It was an accident killing him, I tried to shoot you and hit the car like 1m next to me, so he died on top of my tank.

okay, but listen, dont lie here. The white wasn't with you, he was with me.
He stood on top of my tank, you can even see that in your screenshot, above the kill list where his dead name is, its the same height as my tank. I unfortunately didn't record the situation since I didnt expect a report and he also wasn't angry about it (see chat "lmao").

since i didnt join this server since this moment anymore, i made the work to filter out the chatlog to prove my point. (from the time i picked up the vip kit in base, getting into the tank, taking him at army base, driving to lsa, /su'ing you, driving into lsa all the way, trying to kill you, him dying on top, and you getting killed afterwards by me)

like I said, I apologize but this wasn't anything I've made on purpose. Mistakes can happen, human ain't perfect.

As far as I understand, Hayzen was assisting Corleone as a mechanic. Corleone /su-ed you and opened fire as he should do with Rhino. While using Rhino's main gun to kill you, he accidentally killed Hayzen. Corleone apologized and the situation was sorted straight away.
However, you still decided to report him for breaking the army rules. Mistakes like this happen every now and then, due to the AOE damage Rhino's main gun has, and sometimes the reason can be the weird locking system of the vehicle. In this situation, it was clearly an accident, where Corleone wasn't acting recklessly.
Furthermore, Hayzen has accepted the apology and has no intention of making a complaint against Corleone.
Therefore, the report is dismissed. In case Hayzen would like to make a complaint, I'll consider giving Corleone a warning.
