Since you can't hover with a mouse on the phone (well you can but it's incredibly inconvenient), you can't open the dropdown list without clicking the marked's links.
Frequency: Always
Severity: Minor
Steps to reproduce: Open the website with your phone, expand the navbar, try to open the dropdown list.

I can confirm that on iphone, it does work fine. But when I turned on the device mode on Chrome, its giving the same erroneous behaviour as described in the bug report. I will inform the web team about it, hopefully it will be fixed.
