Moreover, Okaman was caught assisting you in cheating. Since this isn't the first time he was involved in similar situations, he has also been blacklisted from S. A. Army.

I'd like to take a moment here and also say something. If someone is a serious applicant for our faction, they must learn the rules at some point. Even if they pass the test by cheating, they'll have to learn the rules once they get accepted. So I'd suggest every applicant not to waste time and search for ways to cheat and instead take half an hour of your time and dedicate it to our rules. Just by reading it a couple of times, you are already able to answer 90 % of the questions. Rules are really not hard to remember.
