Where does the bug appear: Server.
When did the bug appear: Well, I noticed that that after the Christmas update, but i didn't give a lot attention.
Describe the bug:
Frequency: I think randomly.
Severity: Blocker, as you need to reconnect if it's happened.
Steps to reproduce: If you die in any group interior (Garage, HQ, etc.) 1-2 times and you respawn it will happen.

This has been partly fixed. You will still see the flashing screen, but it will be fixed upon respawn.

Fix will be on main in the next restart.
