Where does the bug appear: server
When did the bug appear: during the christmas season
Describe the bug: (watch the video)

Frequency: rare (It happens constantly sometimes)
Severity: blocker
Steps to reproduce: It does attract you underground, then teleports you back to your previous position, it'll keep happening if you go back there.

I'll add that I believe part of the cause is the Christmas update, I remember experiencing it a few times the past couple of years.
