Does this happen every time you kill someone? I have killed a fair few people and been killed, in V10 and have yet to seen this.

Saying this happens every time means that we’d be seeing more reports of this in game, on discord and on the forums?

Happened today once. I was army, killed most wanted suspect in Market and he respawned with 1 HP at exact same place where he died. Maybe this bug is related to this fix (longer respawn time?)?
