Importance of suggestion: Put a price on it that keeps on deducting from the bank. Blackmarket items can be obtained from /dweap for a price. We're spending so much money on 10 dps to get a VIP packet, and now that black market items are gone, there is no point in buying them.

All donation items are pending a full review, this suggestion is on hold for the time being as we have only just removed the Black Market Items.
