Hooligans Group Rules
1. You are not allowed to park your vehicles in the Hooligans garage unless you are Mobster+.
2. You are not allowed to use harmful commands such as /rob or /rape on other group
members while wearing the Hooligans skin. The only exception is using /rape to gain wanted level during cop hunting, provided you are not a Rapist.
3. Arguing with group members or non-members is not acceptable. Report any issues involving group members to a Manager+.
4. Be respectful to both group members and non-members. Heavy insults or toxic behavior in the group chat are strictly forbidden.
5. Do not ask for promotions or positions. Promotions are based on your activity, contribution, and performance while wearing the Hooligans skin.
6. You may go AFK while wearing the group skin, as long as you are not blocking the spawn point or staying AFK inside a group vehicle.
7. Leaving the group within one month of joining will result in a permanent blacklist.
8. Leaking any group information is strictly forbidden. Doing so will result in an instant kick
and permanent blacklist.
9. You may remain inactive for up to 1 month without informing the staff. If you plan to be inactive for longer, you must notify a staff member.
10. Always help your fellow group members whenever possible.
11. Do not provoke anyone while wearing the Hooligans skin. Doing so will result in an official Hooligans warning.
12. Do not copy votes or reasons from other applications. Write your own opinions. The secret word is "riot47" add it at the end of your application.
13. You have to ask for a permission for car reset in /gm to /greset unoccupied you are not allowed to /greset full option
14. You are not allowed to enter the roof access while wanted or while being chased by a Hitman. Violating this rule will result in punishment.
15. Do not use the phrase "Unknown in vote", whether your vote is positive, negative, or neutral.
16. Be serious and objective when voting on applications.
17. If you notice any mistakes in application votes, report them to the staff members.
18. Do not vote on an application until the applicant has completed all required tests (if a testing system is in place).
