Suggestion headline:
Why should it be accepted: I feel like my suggestions are really necessary because every time I connect to the server, 80% of the players are LEOs, while the rest are innocents struggling to commit crimes due to the overwhelming number of LEOs. I also tried cophunting over the past three days, and it is nearly impossible. These suggestions will hopefully give players a fair chance to commit crimes, and break free from handcuffs or have their friends help them using the /pcs command. They should also help balance the system for everyone.

- Change the way arresting work, update the arrest command from a simple two letter command (/ar) to (/arrest), allowing players a chance to break from the handcuffs.
- Instead of the arrested players being teleported immediately to prison, make it so that when the LEO uses the /arrest command, the wanted player remains standing still in handcuffs for 20 seconds. This would make it feel more realistic where the player is waiting for a transportation unit to arrive and take them to jail, rather than being instantly teleported there, and to give players a chance to break from the handcuffs or their friends to assist them.
- Once a player breaks the handcuffs, there is a 5 second cooldown before they can be placed in handcuffs again. However, they can still be tazed without any issues.
- A balancing system that applies only to Police and not to SWAT or Army. This system limits the number of players in the Police skin to 30% of the total server players. For example, if there are 30 players online, only 10 players can choose Police skin, and the rest cannot unless more players join the server.
