Where does the bug appear: Server
When did the bug appear: Not sure, but given this has been accused for a few weeks, could have been active for some time.
Describe the bug: The M4 does not deal damage to Pagati (possibly hitman too) when a SWAT member uses it and has a hit. All other weapons function as intended.
Frequency: Always
Severity: Blocker
Steps to reproduce: Spawn as SWAT, have a hit, and use the M4 to attempt to harm Pagati (possibly hitmen)

With the help of MitkoBeadDz and TooFan, the bug has been fixed. You can expect the fix in the next server update. Thank you for the bug report!
