At first, Boyabunda has shown a good attitude before and was helpful towards others, including myself. However, during the recent period, I have noticed a significant change in his behavior, which made me change my opinion about him. his recent actions and attitude proved to me that he has an unstable attitude, which is concerning for someone applying to join the Army.
For that reason, I cannot support his application at this moment.
