Reason: Hello everyone, I'm Steven$King, and today I'm submitting a new request. My previous application was denied due to concerns about my attitude toward army members. Since then, I've been doing my best to improve myself and treat everyone with respect. I've been trying to join the army faction for a long time and have applied multiple times. The TestBefore the Generals decide whether to accept or deny you, you must pass an interview part in-game which consists of two stages: general conversation and knowledge of Army rules. You must pass the two stages of the interview part or else you will be automatically denied.

His English knowledge and behaviour during stage one were remarkable and it convinced me to continue with stage two. The applicant has failed to answer the minimum amount of questions required.
