Monster has been helpful recently with dragging criminals, hes been really active in LEO skin, I can see that he is trying hard to improve his attitude and has dedication to join us, there's still some things he needs to work on like his communication skills but I believe he deserves a shot.

I usually don’t vote if I’m not positive about someone, but here I think it’s necessary that I do
Monster, although he does listen eventually, constantly follows me around asking for rights and keeps repeating it until he’s directly told to stop. While I appreciate that he listens, I still expect a better level of maturity from someone who's applying for SWAT

The main issue for me isn’t even the rights themselves, it’s more the attitude behind it
Constantly insisting on getting rights instead of understanding timing and boundaries makes it feel like the focus is more on access rather than the responsibility. In SWAT, maturity and composure matter just as much as skill because members are expected to act properly and represent the faction well

I’m not saying he’s a bad player or incapable of improving, but right now I genuinely think there are still things he needs to work on before being ready for the faction. This kind of behavior just isn’t something I’d personally want to see from someone representing SWAT, which is why I can’t really go with a positive here
