Rhino is an overpowered vehicle, and the faction rules set for it are all clear in order to ensure it is used fairly against all kinds of suspects. In this case, I was being hunted by cops and trying to run with the bag, however, Nyrox just arrived /su'ed me and instantly started shooting without even waiting for the 5 seconds to expire, which is clearly shown in his screen. He was also careless about the cops behind him who had first engaged me, his haste was pointless and led to this mistake.

You may engage Highly Wanted & Most Wanted suspects with Rhinos' main gun, after using /su and waiting for the timer to expire.

Nyrox has been dishonorably discharged for repeated negligence in handling deadly vehicles during trial period despite being corrected on multiple occasions and taking previous conduct into consideration, no meaningful improvement was observed. Using being new as an excuse is not acceptable, as this is an official faction that requires professionalism and strict adherence to instructions at all times.
