In this video, I showed how JOJI kept teaming solo for around 7 minutes. Since she changed her skin from Army to S.W.A.T., I was already aware of what she was doing. Thats why I kept my mouse pointed at her in the first part of the video. She had done this before, and I had already informed Veen about it through PMs, mentioning that some players were refusing to team while using the S.W.A.T. skin.

Anyway, I avoided reporting her before because I dont like reporting people, but this time the situation escalated.

As shown in the video, after I joined the skin, I sent messages but received no response. That alone doesn't necessarily mean anything, as they could have been busy chasing suspects. Later, I drove to their location. From the main chat, it was clear that Shahan was playing alone, tazing and dragging suspects by himself. Before he died, he mentioned that two suspects had been dragged. At first, I assumed JOJI was with him because of that, but when I arrived, I found nobody there. This indicated that JOJI was not with him and that Shahan had been operating alone.

After engaging those suspects, I died. Later, I found JOJI dragging a suspect in East Beach while Shahan had already been fighting suspects in Idlewood. I sent her a message through /sm, but she didn't respond. Meanwhile, I continued teaming with Shahan and kept dying while trying to help.

JOJI continued playing solo in S.W.A.T. skin even after I asked her to team up. She ignored my message. After arriving with the suspect Milyn at LSPD checkpoint, she later went to Idlewood, died, and then switched skins. This is not the first time she has done this. Previously, when Monster, Crimson, and I were online with her, she ignored teaming requests and eventually suicided instead with Crimson.

As you can see in the video, everything I mentioned is clearly visible. she is disrespecting the faction, members, and the rules.

Rule #5 You must team with at least one S.W.A.T. member, unless you are the only S.W.A.T. member in the skin. Notes: The highest ranked online swat member manages the rest of members. We recommend to split in groups when the online swat members count exceeds 5 members. All members should look for instructions given by the highest ranked online swat member within their particular group. Members should stick together, this means you should favour going back to your pack as soon as possible.

Lemme tell you something JOJI, the S.W.A.T. rules are above every S.W.A.T. member. Whether you like it or not, that's the reality. You cannot break the rules by teaming solo or splitting away from your team simply because you don't like someone. Personal feelings should never come before faction rules.

Note: After rewatching the video multiple times, I noticed that JOJI was at the base when I spawned in S.W.A.T. skin. However, instead of going to Market to join her teammate Shahan, she left the base and went to East Beach. this further supports my point that she chose not to team up with her teammate and CHOOSING PLAYING SOLO.

Hello Tupac, I'm here to explain my side because the evidence itself shows that the proof against me is not that clear.

First, at 3:10 in your video, you've said to gather at HQ, at that moment, I was already chasing a suspect. If the suspect was in my sight, why would I stop the chase just to return to HQ? You could have easily come to my location instead and back me up, since you were using the /loc command to track me. If your intention was really to team up, you could have come directly to where I was without hesitation. That's why it feels like this video was only made to report me "intended".

Second, I didn't have time to reply because Im preparing my commands, because the suspect (milyn), kept breaking cuffs and escaping.

I arrested Milyn at 4:07, which was only one minute after you asked everyone to gather. This clearly shows that I was actively chasing and arresting a suspect during that time.

Third one, when you came to idlewood I showed up there and helped which clearly shows we both died.

Don't make excuses Joji, and stop trying to turn the evidence against me.

Firstly, at the beginning of the video, you left the base and went to East Beach instead of going to your teammate.

Secondly, regarding why I went to Shahan instead of you.
you weren't visible on the map. I assumed you were with Shahan because he was the only one visible, and he was the first one who spawned as SWAT. Naturally I had to follow the player who was actually using the SWAT skin first and visible in the map.

Thirdly, your excuse about not answering me doesn't make sense. This is not the first time you've ignored me. You've ignored me many times before, both in /sm, the main chat, and even in pms. Other players can confirm that as well. Even my vote on your Tag application reflects my concerns about your attitude. You've also carjacked me from a SWAT vehicle multiple times just to drive it yourself instead of simply asking, leaving me behind alone.

As I said before, high staff commands can confirm this. This is not the first time you've done this to me. The first second of the video already shows it when I place my mouse over your name, proving that this behavior existed before this report and that you're now trying to defend yourself with excuses. I've even spoken to Veen about these issues before, without mentioning names, because I don't like reporting people.

I have plenty of evidence against many players that I could have reported, but I usually choose not to because people can change. However, with you... it's different. you kept playing with your toxicity attitudes even in skin SWAT, and I don't play SWAT like that.

Even when you should have used /sm to communicate and help us, you chose to split up and ignore your teammates. We are in SWAT to help each other. If you decide to separate yourself from the team and ignore us, then my responsibility is to report that behavior, not to team with you.

That clearly shows you had time to respond, but you deliberately ignored us. That comes across as arrogant and disrespectful toward both the players and the SWAT faction.

One final question: after you died, you changed your skin. That makes it seem like you didn't want to continue playing with us.

My advice is simple, apologize to the faction instead of making excuses to avoid punishment. That would be the best solution here.

Thank you for taking the time to report. After going through the video and checking the timestamps, here's the verdict on this report.

TuPac, you're absolutely right that Rule 5 is a big deal and nobody gets to ignore their team because of personal issues. But looking at the actual timeline, Joji has a valid reason for what happened.

When you spawned and called for a gather at 3:10, she was already actively dealing with Milyn, who was constantly breaking cuffs. We all know how much focus it takes to secure a suspect who keeps spamming cuff-breaks you can't just stop typing commands and drop a live chase to drive back to HQ. By 4:07, she finished processing the arrest at LSPD and immediately headed straight over to Idlewood to backup you and Shahan, where she ended up dying right alongside you guys. That doesn't look like someone who is intentionally avoiding the team or trying to play solo she rejoined the pack as soon as she was free.

Furthermore, looking at the wider picture, all three of you, TuPac, Shahan, and Joji, were playing somewhat solo and failing to actively regroup from the start. Shahan only ended up reuniting with you because he happened to die a few times, otherwise, everyone was largely doing their own thing.

That being said, communication definitely could've been better. Joji, you are being issued an Verbal Warning regarding your communication even if you're drowning in text and commands, it only takes two seconds to type a quick /sm chasing or /sm busy so your teammates actually know what's going on instead of thinking you're ghosting them. The evidence clearly shows you were active in /cm while failing to respond to your team's calls in /sm, which cannot happen again.

There is not enough evidence here to justify a strike or an official warning. Let's leave the personal feelings outside the skin, keep things professional, and work together next time.

A verbal warning should suffice for now, be carful in future Joji
