When did the bug appear:I dont know
Describe the bug:When you spawn,and try to /rob /rape someone,it says command used recently.First it was just for /rob now for /rape too.

This is not necessarily a bug. I believe this is used to prevent INSTANT rob/rape. So as soon as someone spawns, they go rob/rape someone, die and do it again. I think it was done intentionally by Energ.
