The Pictures need to show 3 of the following:

1. The Suspect Getting Cuffed/Tazed
2. The Suspect Leaving The Server
3. The Suspect Coming Back Within 30 Mins
Unfortunately you only have the first 2 which means this does not count as Jail Evade.[/i]
