Reason:HP Hack(no HP loss)

Anything else: He had a 500 ping but even with a 500 ping if he's not moving he still looses HP. When he gets into the hellicopter you can see he can't move because it takes time to take off but his HP didn't go down. At some point he did loose HP but when he saw he was about to die he stoped loosing HP. I used lag shot on him because of his ping but still he didn't loose HP. He also airbreaked through the airport gate when he was on the other side but I wasn't able to get that part because I was on the other side away from him.

yes hes right hes playing in cirminal and i shoot him for kill like my 1000 bulits but he didnt lose his hp

I Agree with silent because even he had 500 ping if he is not moving he still looses hp ;)
