When did the bug appear: Serveral times
Describe the bug:If you use /talkmode like this now :

/talkmode PMG

you type : "hello"

then it display so

Group Chat edmond1997:hello
edmond1997 : hello

see ^^ on my other pc i got an picture of this but it happends serveral times sometimes it is all the time^^

but sometimes it displays in both chats in normal chat and in pmg
with other talkmods like /w this happends too.
