Where does the bug appear: (server/forum)Sever

When did the bug appear: I think since I play Lsrcr.
Describe the bug: Idk if its a bug but I must say thats really hard, when you are cop you have 1 St /taze (It lasts like 5 secs) and the others are easily evaded by the hit click so when you are cop If you fail , idk like you write /Taze [Id] And then /Cufff or /cff or etc (Fails of /cuff comands) then thats suspect can evade alsmost all tazers, and dont start to say that im slow because No one can /Taze /Cuff [id] In a half of second of the taze evade, well Im not saying that all tazers must last the same but at least the first 2 /Taze might last the same, Idk anyways is my opinion and Im not so affected by this I fail in that like the 30% of my Suspects.

I think it is not necessary, the tazer itself paralyzes the player for 5 seconds, is enough to write five letters not you think? the criminal/robber/wanted already have a disadvantage by taking the taze and get stuck for a while, in my opinion I 5 seconds to think too much, more that's my opinion,I think it comes from 'skill' of the police.
