Describe the bug: Just now when i logged in i saw screen like this, it is still like this!!!

Try using a different browser. I think your browser's what's causing this problem.

I tried Internet explorer and IT WORKED :D

I use chrome and it works fine but sometimes it does what you have shown with me. That's internet problem. It ain't catching the website so quickly. That's why you think that it is bugged or something. Try fixing your internet.

Your browser has probably cached a corrupted version of the CSS stylesheet used by the forum. Pressing Ctrl+F5 should fix the issue on any browser.
