In what do you need help: Editing gta3.img
Explain: Well, I'm looking for a software which edits gta3.img, I got imgtool, but that doesn't work anymore, I don't know what's the problem. I just need another software which you think is cool. I'll appreciate a little help over here.

Copied Moiz's form because didn't find one.

hi baggy, i use spark very simple and it doesn't take more than 5 sec to add a mod. :D

Two guys saying they use spark, so it sounds like spark is good enough.
I will download spark then, thank you for reading this topic.
