I'll make easy for you , i think its a misunderstanding so i'm gonna help out untill admins respond , Many people were banned recently for ban evading so you're not the only 1 , So, either you were really ban evading OR your ip addressed has matched with someones banned ip

You were probably hacked. Because you had two accounts under your ip. And no, I do not remember.
