Reason: Because I want to give more, help stop criminals .. make the city safer and Serving people.. I Got it as Itemseller, Weaponseller, shooting being cop from vehicles (Killing), you have my stats in the 1st comment, I got this new score: in not much than 2 hours

You didn't fix your application in time.
Besides that you're too new and inexperienced. 1 week is not enough to learn everything regarding the server. You should spend more time on the server before re-applying.

You may re-apply in 2 weeks ( 14th August ).
