Type of mod: Minimap, mini-radar, you name it.
Where did you see it: http://forum.ls-rcr.com/download/file.p ... &mode=view First of all, this one, what is it called? Could someone link me this one and how to download it?

Same, I don't the street name map mode. I mostly use Gta Iv radar/map mode or Detailed radar/map mode.
