The house is a pretty new house, it was donated for, but as usual it WILL become undonated if you buy it in-game.

Around the house you can find a few car spawns etc, so basically it's a great place. I'm assuming if you're buying this for a HQ , you will probably park your own cars in there, or make up some other idea.
