change of this rule as far as there not anymore rank of LIT +
"- LIT+ ranks are allowed to make events and give out prizes in points. Admins cannot give out any points and their events are not included in this system.[/b]"

(i used line through on starting from "admin" till end because i think this is okay as before it was)

We have updated it to ''Captains are allowed to make events and give out prizes in points''.
We're keeping the Admin part as it is right now.
