Suggestion: Remvoe rule #9
Reason: The gate opens and closes automatically so yeah, no point.

Suggestion: Edit rule #21 so you won't have to /su before using the bomb on a suspect inside a car
Reason: Well since cop hunting is now allowed, I don't think anyone has time to wait 5 secs while there's a criminal chasing you on his bike / car while shooting you, if you do wait you will most likely have low hp by the time you blow him up which will just make other players who are wanted kill you. Personal experience btw.

For number two .. Yes. Since its more easier for criminals and the cop hunt rule we need it.
