Annoying disarm

When I driveby rob a dude, I get out , /rob em then get back on my bike.
He shoots the bike/vechicle, and when I shoot with my mp5 on my bike, I get disarmed while he gets to kill me.
So the bug is that the anti-dm doesnt register a person if someone shoots the vechicle.

Ikr - Same with me. I was most wanted and cop was running past and there was some kid who robbed me, So i shot him and then the cop came and i got disarmed and then he killed me :/

I don't understand why the fuck can't they code it to just not damage to the person getting shot but to fucking disarm us also >.<

one time i was getting weapons from lsa and i was facing the wall i clicked fast and a bullet hit the wall and there was a player behind me at entrance of lsa and got disarmed for shooting that player

i suggest to keep the disarm but to reduce the disarm time to 5-10 secs.
