Where do I put the sound mods? And where do I put the effect mods?

Sound mods goes in audio folder, the downloaded files are in a sequence (contains whats files goes in what folder).

The effect mods (particle.txd, effects.txd, effects.fxp files) goes in models folder.

Make sure to make backups for the original files just in-case if you don't like the mod or it crashes your game, if you don't make backups then you can simply request for original files and I will provide you

Nvm, just found out you need .asi loader. Dont know what the fuck that is.

On that screen shot with that picture link.
Drag the audio folder into your Gta sa Directory and then just click replace then your done.
