Suggestion:Removing the command /uncuff from the Swat test.[Soc part]
Reason:The recent update brought an option,which automaticlly uncuffs players after being searched.

It is only removed if the suspect is white, I believe. When doing the SWAT SOC test, the tester is usually wanted (level 4+).

If the cuff are bring removed on wanteds, then it is a bug.
