Suggestion: Allow to drag in SWAT boats
Reason: Since we got SWAT boats, they're kinda useless, so maybe with allowing to drag only into SWAT boats they would be useable in some situations

Forgot to mention the important thing, a boat is one seated to everyone who does not know, that is why I am asking to allow it only for SWAT boats.

It's already possible, I tried with murad this, sometimes the suspect might be bugged, but once he is released it's going to be fine.

They're actually usefull...
Nevermind, they aren't (Most of the times criminals suicide in the ocean)
The idea is silly but in many ways is great to add on the S.W.A.T. /drag system.
