Question(s): I wanted to know that promotions are like before that we have to reach a specified score to gain its rank ?
or promotions will be done on each month ?

Promotions will be done when the Generals think that it's needed and when they see that someone deserves a promotion. Usually promotions were done by a monthly basis (when I was in army). Back in the days, promotions were made almost every month, basically when hobo came online, he did promotions (once in a month).

Thats just my opinion, fellas.

We'll probably go for promotions that take place at the end of every month or two.
