Reason: (Hello! I'm requesting to get back to my job as Army member to clean and make Los santos and other cites clean. I've been always an Army member and so glad to be. Army fits me I always like killing crimes as cop, so I decided to Re-apply for Army and get back to the place I always been. I'm so excited to get back in the Army skin like before and get the city clean with my team. I was in Army team for long time more than 2 years when I got kicked due to inactivity check for being really busy with school and work. I miss using Army deadly hunters and the new awesome things. I would really like to get back to my job as Army.

Only generals and HTOs can give permission to test applicants. And this current applicant has to be re-tested by a training officer himself.
