Reason: Abusing Swat bomb/harming innocent people
Proof: I don't have evidence but [Lsrcr]Koopz ( moderator) has witnessed the situation
And he can provide proofs/confirm this if he has.
Other: It's not the first time it happens and I felt like reporting myself will be the right thing to do

Note: As proof you need a picture or video, stories and similar won't be treated as valid proof which results in no action being taken. Only post here if you're the reporter, being reported or somehow involved in the report ( You need to provide proof as well ). Other details can be PM'ed to the Commander(s).
