If you were denied from the S.A. Army then you need to wait before you can re-apply again. Meaning, you're going to have to wait that 1 week (or whatever time frame a General states) before you can submit an Army application again.
Also make sure you use the correct template found in the "How to apply" topic as well as read all the important Army related topics before re-apply for S.A. Army again.
