You have forgotten something important in your application and have not followed the correct template!
Please Re-read and sections and this might help you:

Unfortunately, You have applied too early! General Whiskey told in your "You may re-apply in a week (August 21, 2014)." Please pay attention a little bit.
Wait for Generals decision because they'll decide about your application! Good luck for next time.

• You applied too soon, forgot something important & didn't follow the correct template.

If you were denied from the S.A. Army then you need to wait before you can re-apply again. Meaning, you're going to have to wait that 1 week (or whatever time frame a General states) before you can submit an Army application again.
Also make sure you use the correct template found in the "How to apply" topic as well as read all the important Army related topics before re-apply for S.A. Army again.
You may re-apply in 1 week (September 2, 2014).
