Still, somehow many times applicants manage to pass that minimal requirement on the overall with Shooting or driving (different situations but they focus on skills that aren't speed of commands).

That is why we have "Voting Process". If you think he scored low, you always can vote negative. We are already strict on rule, and if someone scores driving like 1.5 or commands 1.5, I surely won't accept him.
