Suggestion: Increasing standarts
Explanation: We have minimal score on rules. Add minimal score on shooting and commands.
Reason: Make more proffesional team.

That is why we have "Voting Process". If you think he scored low, you always can vote negative. We are already strict on rule, and if someone scores driving like 1.5 or commands 1.5, I surely won't accept him.
