Suggestion: Add one or two ranks more to the team.
Explanation: Make one or two more ranks for the team, between certain ranks.
Reason: Would be great to have a harder challenge to become a higher rank member it also adds more fun & role-playi-ish things to the team, not neccesary to increarase the limit of S.W.A.T members but its ranks.
I know that this suggestion will receive more negatives rather than positives but it is worth a try & i would like to hear opinions about.

Well, what ranks do you have in mind ? I'll give my opinion about this suggestion after I know what ranks are going to be added and between what rank.

Private II: Between private & private first class.

Sergeant Major: Between first sergeant & warrant officer I.

I don't see any advantage of having those 2 ranks, unless you reached the max. rank like BoSS.

That is the point, there is no advantage, also this is why i said it would receive more negatives rather than positives, since they are 'useless' in most of its aspects, they are just to be an obstacle between you & your 'wish' to reach a higher rank, will focus on loyalty as well, either you need patience or you leave the team because you won't get quick the rank that you wish.

How about adding 1 Lieutenant rank [LT] [Lt.] after the end of the sergeant ranks?

This would be a great addition as well, but the LT can have different privileges (due to its position, what kind of privileges? i don't have any idea yet), but if the 'original' suggestion stands would be to add three ranks more, otherwise remove one of them (PVT II & SGM), i'll update the suggestion to add the three ranks if i see commentaries supporting this.
