Deathmatching is allowed inside the S.W.A.T. base. You may deathmatch only if the highest ranked member in S.W.A.T. skins allows it.
Note: If a S.W.A.T. member asks you to stop deathmatching him you must stop.
Can we dm if here is no highest commander online ?
And must we have permission to dm

What is "Highest rank member". Highest rank member is for an instance, if there are 3 Privates and 1 Corporal. Corporal is the highest rank and if he allows that you can DM, you can DM. Make sure that you don't DM all day long (make it maximum 3-4 mins)

You can go solo if there're no SWAT members online, once an SWAT member comes you have to team with him.

Once there are 4 SWAT members, you can split up in 2 teams. The highest ranked member decides the teams or even if he wants to split.
