Reason: 1st picture, you can see in the dispatch HANDCUFF ESCAPE by suspect i dragged, then on kill list shows rise how he killed my suspect and destroyed my vehicle.. 2nd picture shows how he insults me after that, saying " noob " above his head.
3rd picture, after some moments he places a hit on me after he STOLE MINE SUSPECT?? Oh really.

The insult is minor but i'd like to ask the reported player to explain to me why he placed the hit,since he's a cop/law enforcer and you're in SWAT skin.

anyway, first of all, he stole first, i was chasing the suspect, and he came and tried to kill/ar him, then i arrested him and he saying im stealer? then annoying me in chat "good job rise" "stealer", and after HE tried to steal from me?

i dont know where's the list of "HIT VAILD REASONS", but i can promise you its not "random", because random is placing any idea coming into my head and place a hit, in this case i wanted hitman to kill him, its not a suspect i can arrest after doing something to me, then i placed a hit.

im sorry if trying to steal my suspect and then calling me "stealer" (and i think he rammed me too) is not a vaild reason, just tell me what ARE the vaild reasons and ill know for next time, but you cant say its "random", bacause its not.

Why are you lying to avoid punishment? That's not true that i stole your suspect, also, i'm not allowed to steal your suspect because of swat rules, everybody in swat knows that i don't rule-break. So, you are one, sorry but PATHETIC liar to avoid.

Sorry to write here, but as far as i can see in the first picture he break the rule that is always in Quiz which is "Can you shoot the vehicle in which swat and wanted suspects are inside it?" - if you say yes than it says you failed the quiz and answer again which means that by shooting a swat vehicle in which a wanted suspect was being carried to jail, he break the rule.
And i apologize for writing here but i just felt like i should write since he break a rule which is asked in Quiz/Rules.

Then you're breaking swat rules all the time. while cop, swat/army always come and steal my suspects.
