How to install this mod?

1) First download that mod.
2) Open it using winrar (if it is a .rar file).
3) now open 'Alci img editor' or 'spark'. And open gta img file using alci or spark.
4) then import ur downloaded mod files here.
5) Save. Close spark/alci, open gta.

Just check the mod that if it is virus free or not and it doesn't have any bugs in it, just to be safe.
